Saroj K Ghimire is an Advocate of Supreme Court of Nepal and Treasurer of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and Asst. Prof. of Law at tribhuvan University He has been the International Speaker for International Bar Association’s Annual Conference at Sydney and Seoul and Member Secretary for International Bar Relation & Professional development Committee of Nepal Bar Associaiton and SCBA.

Mr. Ghimire has advised Fortune 500 Companies and has conducted due diligence for the largest merger and acquisition of telecom companies in Nepal. He is one of the renowned corporate lawyers of Nepal and advises on all kinds, of course, corporate matters. Recently he has also represented various PIL cases related to Covid-19 and human rights constitution, governance, and business matters at the Supreme Court of Nepal.  He frequently contributes articles for law journals and has delivered a guest lectures on foreign investment in India, China, the USA, and UK. He is the Managing Partner of Himalayan Lawyers & Associates.
