Prabin Subedi, Managing Associate and Partner at Paramount Legal Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is a practicing lawyer at Supreme Court of Nepal has completed his LL.M studies in Information Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo, Norway LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law. Mr. Subedi has represented many victims of online sexual violence at various courts of Nepal. He has been engaged in a national research on Online Sexual Exploitation of Children in Nepal conducted by ECPAT Luxemburg (2019) and Assessment of Criminal Justice to Sexual Violence (Rape) in Nepal conducted by UNODC (2020 – ungoing). Additionally, Mr. Subedi is also member of teaching faculty in Kathmandu School of Lawand as been invited as resource person in Nepal Police Academy, Armed Police Force, National Judicial Academy and other academic and social organizations. He has also serving as consultant and researcher at various reputed NGOs and INGOs in Nepal. 

He has also participated as fellow delegate in International Visitor Leadership Program hosted by Department of State of United States of America in 2019 and awarded with media law fellowship by University of Hongkong in 2015. In addition, Mr. Subedi has also committed his resource in pro bono activities filing cases against unlawful banning of computer game, illegal detention of children, filing public interest litigation cases related to media trial (2010), deterioration of flora and fauna by operation of industry (2010), against immediate rehabilitation and reparation of conflict victims (2011), protection of river resources (2010) in Supreme Court of Nepal. He has represented various domestic and foreign clients in various courts of Nepal.
